Willene J. Hickson, 83, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 20, 2021, at Prisma Health Richland Hospital, Columbia.
Born on Aug. 8, 1938, in Clarendon County, she was a daughter of the late Nathaniel Gipson and Jamie Nelson.
A public viewing was held on Friday at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Spring Hill AME Church, 4309 Bill Davis Road, Summerton, with the Rev. Joshua Howell, pastor. Face masks or face coverings are required.
