William Preston Simmons, Jr., 67, widower of Louise Taylor Simmons, departed this life on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.
He was born on Aug. 29, 1952, in Sumter, a son of the late William Sr. and Loris Pack Simmons.
