WILLIE EARNEST BROWN

Willie Earnest Brown, 82, husband of Merline Brunson Brown, was born on Dec. 27, 1938, in Sumter County, a son of the late Moultrie and Paralee Carrigan Brown. He departed this life on Thursday, June 17, 2021, at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 S. Salem Ave., Sumter, SC 29150. Interment will follow at Fort Jackson National Cemetery, Columbia.

The family will receive friends at the home, 2465 U.S. 15 South, Sumter, SC 29150.
