DALZELL - Willie Lee Mobley, 76, widower of Elisabeth Ingensanot Mobley, departed this life on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, in Clinton, Maryland.
He was born on Dec. 18, 1942, in Pinehurst, Georgia, to the late Monroe and Daisy Wilcox Mobley.
