MANNING - Willilam A. "Bill" Mallett, 76, husband of Ruth Young Mallett, died on Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021.
He was born on Oct. 30, 1944, in Augusta, Georgia, a son of the late Albert and Catherine Perkins Mallett.
Due to COVID-19, the family is not receiving visitors.
