Manning PD looking for runaway teen

The Manning Police Department seeks the help of people in the community to locate Jassmine McCloud, 15, believed to be a runaway. McCloud was last seen in the home of her foster parents at 933 Branchview Drive in Manning late Monday night.

McCloud is a white female, 5-foot, 4-inches tall, weighing 130 pounds with dark brown hair and blue eyes. She was wearing a dark tank top and pajama pants with an owl on them.

McCloud is from Bishopville and may be trying to go to that area.
