ROCK HILL — Charles Wheeler “Pap” McDowell 63, died Thursday, March 7, 2024. He was born Sept. 20, 1960, a son of Mary McDowell Wheeler and the late Leon Smalls.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, March 15, 2024, at Hayes F. Samuels Sr. Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in the Goodman Cemetery.
