Miss Striped Bass Festival Beauty Pageant 5 p.m. March 9

MANNING – The Miss Striped Bass Festival Beauty Pageant will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, March 9, at Weldon Auditorium, 7 Maple St. Competition will include eight age divisions, including Baby Miss, Tiny Miss, Petite Miss, Wee Miss, Little Miss, Young Miss, Teen Miss, and Miss Striped Bass Festival. Admission is $5 per person. Doors open at 4 p.m.

HCCL hosts a Silver Screen Matinee at 2 p.m. each second Tuesday

Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser for Optimist Club March 21

The Children’s Farm Project 501C3 Fundraising Gala on March 23

MANNING – The Children’s Farm Project’s “It’s A Spring Fundraiser Gala” will be held from 5-8 p.m. Saturday, March 23, at the Clarendon County Community Complex gymnasium that is located directly behind Weldon Auditorium. The Gala will have food, live entertainment, and giveaways. Tickets for the Gala are $35 each or $250 per table. 2024 Clarendon County Kickoff Heart Walk will be held at 4 p.m. March 28

MANNING – The 2024 Clarendon County Kickoff Heart Walk will be held from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, March 28, at Pocotaligo River Health & Rehab Center, 3147 Sumter Highway. “I Walk To Save Lives. So Can You.” Is the motto of this year’s walk. Heart disease and stroke impact people in very personal, life-changing ways. This year, we want to connect with and share the reasons why we need to eliminate heart disease and stroke. Everyone is invited to participate.
