WEDGEFIELD - Felicia Ann Kelley departed this life on Sunday, Feb. 25, 2024, in Sumter.
Felicia, wife of Phillip M. Kelley Jr., was born on Nov. 25, 1983, in Sumter, to David Johnson and the late Patricia Andrews Johnson.
The family is receiving friends from 2 to 6 p.m. daily at 2240 S.C. 261 South, Wedgefield.
