WASHINGTON, D.C. — Frances Walters, 60, died Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2024, at Washington Hospital Center, Washington, D.C. She was born July 17, 1963, in Brooklyn, New York, a daughter of Jeanette Robinson Walters and the late Levy Walters.
Public viewing will be held from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, March 15, 2024, at Hayes F. Samuels Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church St., Manning.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 16, 2024, at Friendship AME Church, Silver Community of Manning. Burial will follow in the Churchyard Cemetery.
