FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - Lillian C. Jacobs, 81, widow of Horace Jacobs Jr., transitioned on Sunday, Sept. 2, 2018, in Fayetteville.
She was born on March 24, 1937, in Cumberland County, North Carolina, to the late Willie and Rachel Pilkin Coleman.
The family is receiving friends at 4850 Hurley Drive, Fayetteville.
