Funeral services for Mr. Marion "Skeeter" Vaughn will be held tomorrow at 1 p.m. from the Clark United Methodist Church, 2980 Oswego Hwy., 401 North Sumter, SC, Reverend Franklin Garrett, pastor, and the Rev. Willie Lawson, eulogist.
A public viewing will be held today from 3-6 p.m. at the mortuary.
Marion Lee "Skeeter" Vaughn was born Jan. 25, 1958, in Sumter, to the late William D. And Louise McDuffie Vaughn Sr.
"Skeeter" departed this life on Sunday, Nov. 18, 2018, at his residence in Sumter.
"Skeeter" leaves to cherish his memory three daughters, Kayla Vaughn, Katrina Herriott and Toni L. Smith; seven grandchildren; two brothers, William D. (Ella) Vaughn Jr. and James Vaughn; three sisters, Sarah Vaughn, Janie (Leroy) Myers and Rosa (John) Myers; loving and dear friend, Joice Vaughn; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family is receiving friends at the home of his sister and brother, Sarah Vaughn and James Vaughn, 3775 Oswego Hwy., 401 North Sumter.
