Queen Elizabeth McCain Washington, 90, widow of James Washington Sr., departed this life on Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2020, at the home of her daughter.
She was born on Oct. 6, 1929, in Wedgefield, a daughter of the late Asbury and Sarah Jane Lawson McCain.
Due to the COVID-19 guidelines, there will be no visitation at the residence.
Job's Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., Sumter, is in charge of arrangements.
