A memorial service for Robert Phelps will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at 3:30 p.m. from the chapel of Whites Mortuary, 517 N. Guignard Drive, Sumter.
Robert, husband of the late Margaret Campbell Phelps, was born Oct. 10, 1949, in Greenville to the late Matthew and Carrie Irby Phelps.
Robert departed this life on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, in Sumter.
