Sam Minarik, 45, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2018, at Palmetto Health Tuomey.
Born in Flint, Michigan, he was a son of Thomas and Claire Boileau Minarik. Sam was a former truck driver, avid gamer, beloved uncle, brother and son, who was taken too soon.
Surviving are his mother and father; and siblings, Joe Minarik, Steve Minarik, Sherry Rowe, Kathy Smith and Karin Minarik.
Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday in the chapel of Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home.
