Singleton reminds community Easter dinner plates are available

Geraldine Singleton says everything must go for her Easter dinner giveaway this Saturday, March 30.

After generous donations from the community, the Sumterite wants to remind folks to not let the kind gesture, or the delicious fixings, go to waste.

Anyone wanting a dinner or looking to help deliver plates to residents unable to pick them up can call Singleton at (803) 775-2047 or (757) 234-1432. Reserved plates can be picked up at 101 N. Wise Drive at Evergreen Villas, beginning at noon until the meals run out.
