SLED responds to incident at Turbeville Correctional Center

According to tweets by South Carolina Department of Corrections, law enforcement including SLED responded to an isolated incident at Turbeville Correctional Center earlier today. The tweet stated the incident occurred in one housing unit and that all staff are safe.
The center which opened in 1994, is a Level 2 security facility housing only males.
