Sumter Animal Control's gorgeous Chickie will blossom in a loving, calm home

This pretty girl is Chickie. Chickie is tall and slender at 59 pounds. She is around 2-4 years old. To put it plainly, when Chickie first came to the shelter she was … well, a chicken. She was confused and afraid in the kennels. Once she adjusted to her new situation, she began to trust and show her true personality. This gal still needs a minute to warm up but once she trusts you, she is friendly and affectionate. She will blossom in a loving and calm home. Chickie loves other dogs. She is an angel on the leash. Chickie needs someone willing to give her a chance, and she will make a loyal pet. She is gorgeous.

As with all of our adoptable dogs, we do require a spay or neuter agreement, and it is strictly enforced. Proof of spay/neuter after adoption will be required.
