Sumter SPCA's Ruthie would make a great family dog

Ruthie is an 8-month-old hound mix. She is a very sweet, gentle and friendly pup and is wonderful with other dogs, children and even cats. Ruthie has a sister named Idgie and they both love to play. She has a very loving personality and would make any family an awesome new companion. Also, come by and visit with her sister, Idgie. The Sumter SPCA is located at 1140 S.
