Sumter SPCA's Scottie has a wonderful personality and is extremely smart

Scottie is a neutered and housebroken 10-year-old brindle Plott hound. He is a very sweet boy who is super with children, other dogs and even cats. Scottie is extremely smart. He can sit, shake paws, stay and give a "high five." He is still an active guy and is very friendly and loving. Come check out his wonderful personality.
