Sumter's Geraldine Singleton preps for Easter dinner, clothing giveaway; community encouraged to donate

As the Easter bunny gears up for the big day on March 31, Geraldine Singleton will be doing prepping or planning of her own.

The long-time community philanthropist will host a community clothes drive this Saturday, March 23. The following weekend on Saturday, March 30, she will host her beloved holiday dinner giveaway, celebrating Easter with the community.

As always, she is looking for willing Sumterites who want to help her fulfill this tradition as well as provide much-needed clothing to those in need.
