Virginia Cooper, 71, wife of Izaha Cooper, died Monday, Oct. 22, 2018, at her home. Born Jan. 6, 1947, in Sumter County, she was the daughter of Ada Spann.
The family is receiving relatives and friends at her home, 501 Robney Drive, Sumter.
