Wilhelmenia Louise Emanuel Owens, 87, widow of Tony Owens Jr., was born on Aug. 16, 1936, in Marion, a daughter of the late Sallie Emanuel McCoy. She departed this life on Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2024, at her residence.
