$1M Powerball ticket sold in Gable remains unclaimed

More than three months have passed since a $1 million Powerball ticket was sold in  Gable, South Carolina, in Clarendon County, according to a news release from the S.C. Education Lottery. The winner has not yet come forward to claim the prize and has only until Thursday, April 11, to do so.
If you played  Powerball  in October 2023 at the Turbeville Exxon LLC at 7585 Myrtle Beach Highway in Gable, you are encouraged to check your ticket.  The ticket matched the five numbers 14, 16, 42, 48, 64 but missed the Powerball® number 14 drawn on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2023.
If the prize is not claimed, the $1 million winnings will be deposited in the Education Lottery Account to support educational programs in South Carolina.
Players have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes. For complete information on claiming prizes, visit sceducationlottery.com.
Net proceeds from every dollar spent by players on the South Carolina Education Lottery are returned to the state in the form of funding for education, prizes, retailer commissions, and payment to contractors for goods and services.
