ANGELA F. POST

ADDISON, New York - Angela F. Post, 67, of Addison, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2024, at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pennsylvania.

She was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Willa Lilly Catoe.

Angela is survived by her husband of 49 years, Dennis Post of Addison; her daughter, Kimberley (Scott) Blackwell of Newark, New York; her son, James (Becky) Post of Corning, New York; her siblings, Karen Shipman of Sumter and DC and Gregory (Margie) Catoe of Beaufort; her grandchildren, Sarah (Greyson) Perkowski and Annie Blackwell; her four-legged companion, Sami; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Angela was born in Rock Hill and graduated from Sumter High School in the Class of 1974. She met and married the love of her life, Dennis, and became a military wife. Together they moved to several different Air Force bases. She loved to travel and was proud of her volunteer work for Family Services on the bases. She was a fabulous cook and enjoyed painting rocks to leave for people to find.

A time of calling will be held from 11 a.m. to noon on Monday at Blauvelt Funeral Home, 625 Broad St., Waverly, New York.

A funeral service to honor Angela's life will be held at noon on Monday at Blauvelt Funeral Home, 625 Broad St., Waverly, with burial to follow at Bath National Cemetery in Bath, New York.
