Charles Wheeler “Pap” McDowell, 63, died Thursday, March 7, 2024, at his residence, 110 Highland St., Rock Hill. He was born Sept. 20, 1960, in Florence County, a son of Mary McDowell Wheeler and the late Leon Smalls.
The family is receiving friends at 927 Park Ave., Olanta, from 4 to 8 p.m. daily, beginning March 8, 2024.
