Letter to the editor: Haley has best chance of winning general election this November

If you are going to vote in the GOP primary, please consider these facts. There are not enough MAGA voters to reelect Trump, so to win he would need to attract independents and swing voters who don't like him very much. Remember the 2022 red wave that never happened because of voter disdain for Trump. He does poll slightly ahead of Biden but very close to the margin of error, and it is the Electoral College that counts. Whereas polls have Nikki Haley double digits ahead of Biden and winning five states Trump lost in 2020.

So with an election this important, why take a chance? Why not vote for Nikki Haley, who has the best chance of winning the general election and not risk Trump complaining of another stolen election? If that should happen, what could you do then to save our country from the radical liberals in charge now?
