Jay Davis of Coldwell Banker Commercial Cornerstone has earned a spot in the Elite "Top Two" within Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) for 2024. The "Top Two" designation is reserved for the elite top two percent of producers from among nearly 3,000 CBC-affiliated sales professionals in the CBC organization. This marks the 10th year Davis has earned this distinguished award.
Davis works with his sales team, Heather Tickel and John Thomas Parker, completing more than 25 sale/lease/consulting deals in 2024. Tickel states "We believe that success is built on teamwork. "Our team works hard to reach our yearly goals, making sure we continue to grow. Looking ahead, we're excited about the new opportunities in Sumter and the positive changes they'll bring to our community. Davis has also been named to the Platinum Circle of Distinction of Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) for 2024. This honor is bestowed upon the top-ranking producers among all CBC-affiliated sales professionals based on their transaction revenue for 2024. Davis has been awarded this honor 17 times.
Davis is a native of Sumter, with strong ties to the area and is very involved in the local community. Davis attended The University of South Carolina where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a major in Real Estate. He currently serves on the Sumter County Development Board and serves as vice chairman of The Link Economic Development Alliance and the Bank of Clarendon Executive Board and the Sumter Advisory Board. He was chairman of the 2030 Comprehensive Plan Task Force and served eight years on the Sumter City/County Planning Commission, the last several as chairman. Additionally, he is on the Wilson Hall School Board, a past member of the USC Sumter Partnership Board, a past president of the USC Sumter Alumni Association, a director on the Sumter Board of Realtors and a member of the Sumter Downtown Board of Directors. He presently lives in Sumter and is married to the former Lynn Warren. He is the father of two sons and a daughter.
Davis is the president and founding partner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Cornerstone. He has earned the CCIM and SIOR designations and is a member of ICSC.
Jack Osteen of Coldwell Banker Commercial Cornerstone has been named to the Bronze level of the Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) Circle of Distinction. This honor is bestowed upon the top-ranking producers among all CBC-affiliated professionals based on their transaction revenue for 2024.

Osteen has been with CBC Cornerstone since 2017 and has closed numerous transactions in all areas of commercial real estate since joining the team. He is also a Certified Senior Housing Investment Professional (CSHIP) and is the Director of the Southeast Region for Sherman & Roylance, a boutique senior housing firm based out of California.
