Moses "Big Moe" Yates, age 73, husband of Mary Lisbon Yates, transitioned on Sunday, Aug. 4, 2019, in Sumter.
He was born Oct. 19, 1945, in Lydia, Darlington County, to the late Walter McFadden Jr., Everlena Yates and Spurgen Scarborough.
