SAFE Federal Credit Union is accepting donations for the residents of Maui, Hawaii, who endured devastating wildfires in early August.
SAFE invites members and non-members to contribute from Friday, Aug. 25, to Monday, Aug. 28, at any of SAFE’s 18 branches or online at www.SAFEfed.org.
“We understand the impact and importance of extending a helping hand to those affected by the Maui Wildfires,” said President and CEO Michael Baker in a news release. “Through this donation drive, with the help of our community, we aim to give hope to the residents who need it most in Maui.”
All donations are tax-deductible and will go to the Valley Isle Chapter of the Hawaii Credit Union League to directly assist Maui residents in rebuilding their lives.
For donations made at a SAFE branch, contributors will receive a colorful Hawaiian Lei for every donation of $10 or more while supplies last.
