Sanibel would do well in an active family

Posted

Sanibel is a 2.5-year-old, gray female Weimaraner/Lab mix. Sanibel is current on vaccinations, spayed, microchipped and tested negative for heartworms. She weighs around 50 pounds and tries her best to be a lap dog. Sanibel is an extremely high-energy dog and needs an active family. It appears that she hasn't had much structure or any kind of obedience training. Sanibel is food motivated, so she may be easy to train. She loves to run and needs lots of daily activity. Sanibel seems to get along with other dogs. Because of her size and energy level, a home without small children may be best. Sanibel loves people and seems eager to please. Sanibel has been at the shelter for about a year and would really love to find her forever home. If you are interested in adopting Sanibel, you can get preapproved to adopt by submitting your adoption application online at www.ASecondChanceAnimalShelter.com. Our adoption fee for dogs is $125.
