The Sumter Police Department has identified two brothers in connection to a fatal shooting that happened on Monday.

Warrants were issued Wednesday for Malik Dionte Woods, 24, and Isaiah Devine McKnight, 19, both of Miller Road, who face charges in the killing of 37-year-old Robert Blouin, said Tonyia McGirt, public information officer for the police department.
