Sumter sheriff's office asks for help finding Chevrolet Malibu seen in shooting
Sumter County Sheriff's Office is looking for a white Chevrolet Malibu with license number QVM 478, whose driver is suspected to be involved in a July 20 shooting.

Sumter deputies asked Tuesday night for help finding a vehicle whose driver is suspected to be involved in a shooting in Rembert on July 20.
The driver of a white Chevrolet Malibu with a South Carolina tag QVW 468 is suspected of shooting from the vehicle at the intersection of Horatio-Hagood Road and U.S. 521 and injuring one person on Monday, July 20, about 5:20 p.m.
According to Deputy Adrienne Sarvis, public information officer for the sheriff's office, an adult male was transported from the area for treatment.
The vehicle left the scene after the shooting, heading southbound toward Sumter.
