Sumter Today: We get an inside look at the school district’s aerospace engineering program

The Sumter Career and Technology Center serves Sumter’s three public high schools by offering instruction in skilled trades. Students enrolled through the center gain real-life experience in vital STEM and trade jobs. This week, we went over to the campus to get an inside look at their aerospace engineering program, an Advanced Career curriculum that prepares students for postsecondary options and the workforce of today and tomorrow.
