Sumter Today: The Fire Department conducts pump testing

The Sumter Fire Department tests its engines pumps each year to make sure they're pumping water at the rate they were certified for. This saves the city money and makes sure that when the engines get to a fire or other emergency situation that they are ready to perform at their highest ability to keep all of us safe.
