WENDELL MILLER

MANNING - On Monday, Jan. 29, 2024, Wendell "Bo" Miller, husband of Sharon Moorer Miller, passed away peacefully at McLeod Health Clarendon.

Born on Thursday, Jan. 4, 1962, in Manning, he was a son of the late Albert Jr. and Pearlene Hilton Miller.

Services celebrating his life will take place at 2 p.m. on Sunday at Premuel Gibson Gymnasium, located on the campus of Manning Junior School, 1101 W.L. Hamilton Road, Manning, where the Rev. Terry R. Johnson Sr., pastor of Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church, will preside. The Rev. David Pugh, pastor of St. John Baptist Church, will bring words of comfort. The service of committal with military honors will follow in the family plot, located in St. John Baptist Church Cemetery, 3944 Brewer Road, Bloomville community, Manning.

Public viewing will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. today at Fleming & DeLaine Chapel, 222 W. Boyce St., Manning.

The family is receiving relatives and friends from 3 to 8 p.m. at the residence, 2067 Hector Walker Road, Manning.
