Ebone Elecia Clark-Bell, 35, of Somerset Drive off Mason Road between Broad Street and U.S. 521, was arrested on Monday for allegedly pointing a .380 handgun at a 16-year-old minor and an adult at an apartment on Mason Road, according to Ken Bell, public information officer for the Sumter County Sheriff's Office.
According to a reporting officer in the warrant, Clark-Bell was "not in self-defense" when she pointed the gun at the teenage girl.
