LORNE TERRELL GREEN SR.

Lorne Terrell Green Sr. was born on Jan. 19, 1974, in Manning, South Carolina, to the Rev. Dr. Leroy and Lucretia Ragin Green. He was called home on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at his residence. He was raised in a Christian home and at an early age, he accepted Christ and joined Historic Liberty Hill AME Church.

“Sport,” as he was affectionately called, was a 1992 graduate of Scott’s Branch High School.

He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, children, grandchildren, siblings and a host of other relatives and friends.

Celebration of Life services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Antioch UME Church, 10026 Old River Road, Rimini, with the Rev. Dr. Tayvian Gass, pastor.

Burial will follow in Antioch Memorial Garden, Rimini.
