BOBBY LEE GARNER

BOWMAN - Bobby Lee Garner, 64, passed away on Wednesday, May 9, 2018.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Thompson Funeral Home Inc. in Orangeburg. The Rev. Nick Fox will be officiating.

Mr. Garner was born on Nov. 4, 1953, in Sumter, a son of the late Furniss and Altha Windham Garner. He was the market manager for IGA and BI-LO. He was a beloved father, grandfather and friend. He enjoyed family time, watching NASCAR and going to the beach.

Survivors include his wife, Wanda Shieder Garner of the home; son, Bobby Lee Garner Jr. of Bowman; daughter, Melissa Ann McElveen of Florence; granddaughters, Savannah Victoria Garner and Kaniyah Marie Garner, both of Florence; stepdaughter, Sabrina Elese Myers of Bowman; and special friends, Mike Kendrick of Chester and Devan Barr of Florence.

The family would like to give a special thank you to MSA Hospice Care for their love and support.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday at Thompson Funeral Home Inc. in Orangeburg.
