Funeral services for Mr. John Doughty, 86, of 2559 House Rd, Summerton, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, at Historic Taw Caw Missionary Baptist Church, 1130 Granby Lane, Summerton, with interment to follow in church cemetery. The Rev. William T. Johnson is officiating. Mr. Doughty will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service.

Mr. Doughty passed away on Sunday, Oct. 20, at The Blue Ridge Nursing Home, Sumter.

Visitation will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. today at Kingdom Builders Deliverance Ministries, 621 W. Liberty St., Sumter.

Friends may call at the residence of his wife, Mrs. Earnestine Walker Doughty, 2559 House Rd, Summerton, or Simmons Funeral Home and Crematory of Orangeburg.
