MARY LEE ROBINSON HOLMES

Mary Lee Robinson Holmes departed this life on Friday, May 21, 2021.

She was born on Oct. 9, 1940, in Pinewood, to the late Richard and Lou Ella Johnson Robinson.

Memories will be cherished by her husband, Murray Holmes; daughters, Teresa Nelson (Leon) and Annie Lou Crawford; three grandchildren, Meisha Bennett, Kendix Nelson (Courtney) and Melissa Pernell (Jessie); eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; five sisters, Lucille R. Watson, Sally Ann Robinson, Janett Robinson and Gracie Conyers (Willie); brother, Johnnie Robinson (Joann); and a host of other relatives and friends.

Viewing will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. today at Kingdom Builders Church, 621 W. Liberty St., Sumter.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at Manning Cemetery, 7320 Milford Plantation Road, Pinewood, with the Rev. Dr. Richard James and Bishop Leroy T. James, eulogist.
