RUTH ANN JACOBS DAVIS

Ruth Ann Jacobs Davis, 82, widow of Luther Marion Davis, died Friday, Oct. 2, 2026.

Born in Columbus, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Wilfred Jacobs and Annie Ruth Robertson Jacobs.

Surviving are her two sons, William Davis and Luther Davis Jr.; a daughter, Cissy Christmas; a sister, Glenna Milliken (Randy); four grandchildren, Brandon, Jayden (Noah), Roger and Tiffany (Scott); two great-grandchildren, Clayton and Adaline; and special niece and nephew, Robert and Valerie Riley.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 4, 2026, at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery with Phillip Marlowe officiating.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home.
