BESSIE LEE ANDERSON WILLIAMS

Bessie Lee Anderson Williams, 90, widow of Nathaniel Williams and daughter of the late Laddie Anderson and Lucille Wilson Anderson, was born on April 30, 1936, in Lee County. She departed this life on Monday, Oct. 12, 2026, at Prisma Health Richland Hospital, Columbia.

Public viewing will be held on Friday, Oct. 16, 2026, from 2 to 6 p.m. at Job’s Mortuary Inc.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, 2026, at Mt. Sinai Presbyterian Church, 97 Mt. Sinai Church Road, Mayesville, with Pastor Elijah Washington, pastor, and the Rev. Randolph Green, officiating and eulogist.

Family will be receiving friends at the home, 226 Gibbons St., Sumter, daily from 4 to 8 p.m.

Job’s Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., is in charge of arrangements.
